Cancellation Policy for Bed and Breakfast
Bogart's Casa Blanca reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone at anytime. Guests arriving after 8.00 pm must make prior arrangements to check in. All deposits may or may not be refunded. No refunds on early departures.
Rooms may be cancelled prior to the two week window before check in time, which is 3pm. Any reservations of three rooms or more must be cancelled at least
90 days ( 3 months) prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited.If the rooms are not cancelled before this window they will be charged for the full room rental price and any additional goods and services they have requested.
Parties which reserve the entire B&B will require a six calendar month cancellation. Any Cancellations within this period will be charged for the rental of the B&B and 50% of the quoted price for the party they have planned with our party coordinator.
